Hey, I'm Zander.
I've always believed the best work comes from paying close attention — to the person in front of the camera, the light in a room, the one detail in a scene that makes it feel real instead of staged. That habit is basically my whole job.
It shows up everywhere. In production, it's noticing the shot everyone else would walk past. In the edit, it's the half-second trim that makes a cut actually breathe. And behind the scenes, it's keeping years of footage organized well enough that the right clip is never more than a search away.
Today, I lead video production at Lucid Bots, where I help shape how the brand shows up on camera, from concept through final cut. A big part of that is getting onsite with customers — flying out to wherever the robots are actually working, spending the day with the people running them, and coming back with a real story. I also keep the archive underneath all of it organized, so years of footage stay usable instead of buried. My focus is making sure every piece feels honest and consistent with who we are.
